Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avani Enterprises mobile application (“App”) operated by Avani Enterprises (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. About the App

Avani Enterprises provides digital and business-related services including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• Mobile App Development
• Brand Identity Design
• Digital Marketing
• Performance Marketing
• Business Consultancy

All services are subject to requirement verification and internal approval.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account using:

• Email and password
• OR Google Sign-In

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share your account
• Update your information when necessary

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Service Booking Process

When booking a service, you may be required to:

• Provide business details
• Submit project requirements
• Upload supporting documents

4. Document Submission

Certain services require document uploads such as:

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• GST Certificates
• Business Registration Documents

By uploading documents, you confirm:

• The documents are authentic and legally owned by you
• The information provided is accurate
• You authorize Avani Enterprises to use them strictly for service fulfillment

Submitting fraudulent documents may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Account suspension
• Possible legal action

5. Intellectual Property

Company Property

All intellectual property related to the App including UI/UX, code, branding, chatbot logic, and service descriptions remains the property of Avani Enterprises.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed assets may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Chatbot & Automated Assistance

The “Avani Assistant” chatbot provides informational support and navigation guidance.

It does NOT:

• Provide legally binding advice
• Replace professional consultation

Chat interactions may be recorded for quality and CRM purposes.

7. CRM & Analytics

The App may log limited activity such as:

• Services viewed
• Booking drop-offs
• Interaction steps

This data is used only for improving services, customer support, and performance analysis. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Upload malicious or fraudulent documents
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the App
• Disrupt system functionality

9. Limitation of Liability

Avani Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business or revenue loss, delays caused by government portals, third parties, or incorrect user-provided information.

Total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific service.

10. Data Protection

We implement secure Firebase authentication, role-based database access, and encrypted HTTPS transmission. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraud is detected
• Documents are falsified
• Terms are violated
• Required by law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
