Delete Your Account

This page explains how users of the Avani Enterprises mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Method 1: Using the Mobile App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly within the Avani Enterprises app by following these steps:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Legal & Support section.
  3. Click on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action by clicking Delete Permanently.

Your account and associated data will be removed instantly from our live systems.

Method 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion via email:

Include your registered email address or phone number used in the app.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of verification.
